Dr. Horace Wilkins, Jr.
Horace Wilkins, Jr. has more than 30 years of leadership experience building business enterprises. He demonstrated his commitment to excellence in his former career with Southwestern Bell and SBC Communications. An accomplished corporate strategist, his vision and expertise in business management has driven notable enterprise growth in the telecommunications, banking, utilities, government, and humanitarian sectors.

Dr. Darrell Thigpen
Dr. Darrell Thigpen is a practicing medical doctor and current President of the Medical Staff at Methodist Hospital, Dallas, Texas. Dr. Thigpen has operated a successful private medical practice in the Dallas, Texas area for over 25 years consistently implementing best practices and earning the highest honors in health grades.

Chief Justice Carolyn Wright
Justice Carolyn Wright has served in the judiciary for more than 20 years, initially as a master and district judge. Later, she was the first of Governor George Bush's judicial appointees to the position, currently held, as Justice on the 5th District Court of Appeals. Her subsequent election to the position marked the first time in Texas history that an African-American woman was elected in a multi-county election for any public office. Prior to her judicial career, she worked in the area of youth advocacy in Washington, DC.

Mr. C. Don Gant
Don Gant is a sales and marketing professional in the telecommunications industry.  He often speaks at industry conferences and in 2008 was named “Who’s Who in VOIP” by Internet Telephony magazine.    His 30 years experience in this field coupled with tenure as managing director of the Boys Choir of Harlem give him a unique and beneficial perspective to non-profit organizations.

Mr. Larone Secrease
Larone Secrease is currently involved in  a 24 + year career with State Farm Insurance companies.  He began his career as an Underwriter in Monroe, LA prior to transfer to Dallas in 1991.  He also worked in Management prior to attaining his current opportunity of being an Self-employed  Independent Contractor Agent with  State Farm.   Larone has worked in his current position as an Agent for the past 15 years serving the Greater Dallas Metro Area. 

Dr. Jerome McNeil, Jr.
Dr. Jerome McNeil, Jr. is the Pastor of Christian Chapel CME. "Temple of Faith" Church, Dallas, Texas; a church with over 60 ministries. He has authored more than six books, and is a contributing author of "It's Prayer Time", by Regal Books. Dr. McNeil is a widely traveled Evangelist, Pastor, Counselor and Teacher. He continues to emphasize the Biblical response to the current issues facing our families and communities in his teaching and preaching ministries.
